Två steg framåt och ett tillbaka. Det är sanningen vid återhämtning efter utmattning. Det ledde till ett längre uppehåll än planerat här på bloggen! Från och med nu inga deadlines privat heller! Men vilka framsteg jag ändå har gjort. Självberöm är så viktigt. Och att inte jämföra oss med andra, bara oss själva.
